Program Overview:

At Arsenal Solutions, they offer a turnkey service to all providers, starting with verifying each patient's insurance before shipping the product. After the product is delivered and used, we issue an invoice to the provider with net payment terms from the date of shipment.

Commissions:

Thanks to RxWound's compliant history and vast network we have negotiated for the HIGHEST contracts in the industry and passed those along to you starting at a 40% of net payments made to the manufacturer with the ability to earn as high as a 50% contract based on your marketing efforts. 

Discounts:

A 40% prompt payment discount is available when payment is made before the net term due date. Failure to pay within the net term will result in a 10% surcharge added to the original invoice amount.

To get started, we require the provider to complete two forms: a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance and a New Account Setup Form. Once the forms are complete, our team will set up the provider portal, allowing them to place orders and track everything digitally via Smartsheets.

Insurance Verification Request (IVR): This form is needed to verify patient benefits under Medicare. Our team typically completes the verification within 24-48 hours of receiving the IVR. After verification, you can begin placing orders for patients via the provider portal on Smartsheets.
