RxRemoteCare runs three remote care programs administered by board-certified physicians: chronic care management (CCM), remote patient monitoring (RPM) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM). RxHealing handles patient outreach, onboarding and scheduling. Your pharmacy documents the care it already gives.
